Top mattress HEAVEN
HEAVEN, the manufactory mattress, can be wonderfully tailored to your personal sleeping requirements – thanks to an integral pocket spring core with a flowing force progression due to a blend of different spring strengths running the length of the mattress. In a size of e.g. 100 x 200 cm, the mattress is home to some 500 thermal-furnace-tempered cylindrical springs. These are individually sewn into cotton pockets by hand. SCHRAMM is the only manufactory to use this type of spring tempering – the only way to ensure long-lasting support and dynamics. HEAVEN is available in five different spring tensions depending on the owner’s body weight, weight distribution and desired sense of personal well-being.
Of course, it also features the patented SCHRAMM shoulder zone, which was developed specifically for side sleepers. Springs with less tension are used for this purpose. Thanks to the artisanal stitching of the HEAVEN mattress no glue is needed to fix the naturally processed upholstery materials. This allows for dimensional stability and outstanding breathability.

French virin sheep‘s wool, Plein Air double-layered
Plein air wool is obtained 100% from French free-range sheep. This wool is not exposed to any pesticide load at all. The sheep always live in their natural environment in fresh air. This makes the wool much stronger because it has to withstand wind and weather.
Cold foam
One of the most valuable foam qualities. Belongs to the group of polyether foams which, in contrast to standard foams, achieve the highest quality values as HR foam (high resilent = highly elastic).
Cotton double-layered
Hard-wearing and absorbent plant fibre with good moisture resistance. It is part of the padding in all SCHRAMM mattresses and base mattresses.
