Shipping terms

The delivery of goods purchased via the website https://schrammbeds.com/en/HOME-COLLECTION-Shop/ by an entrepreneur or consumer (each a "Customer") shall be effected within Germany (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Belgium.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We deliver orders within Germany free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows: 12,00 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days in Germany (Germany) and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days of receipt of the invoice in the case of payment by invoice.
